摘要
目的观察普瑞巴林联合糖皮质激素治疗老年带状疱疹神经痛的临床疗效。方法选择2010年10月-2012年3月在我院住院老年带状疱疹患者150例,随机分为对照组74例,给予盐酸伐昔洛韦0.3g,2次/d口服,连用7d,甲钴胺胶囊0.5mg,3次/d口服,局部外用喷昔洛韦乳膏4次/d,试验组76例,在对照组的基础上加用强的松10mg,3次/d口服,连用5d,普瑞巴林75mg,2次/d口服,最大剂量为150mg,2次/d。结果试验组痊愈率50.00%,有效率为89.47%,均明显高于对照组(29.73%和72.97%),且无明显不良反应。结论普瑞巴林联合糖皮质激素治疗老年带状疱疹神经痛的疗效迅速,病情恢复良好。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Pregabalin combined with glucocorticoid in treatment of herpes zoster postherpetic neuralgia（PHN） in old people. Methods One hundred and fifty old people cases in our hospital from October 2010 to March 2012 were divided into treatment group and contrast group randomly. The 76 patients in the treatment group were given 0.3g Valaciclovir twice orally a day for 7d, Mecobalamin capsules 0.5mg 3 times orally a day, prednisone 10mg 3 times orally daily for 5d, Pregabalin capsules 75mg orally twice a day （which maximum dose was 150mg twice a day）, and compound Penciclovir Cream was used externally 4 times a day. The same dose and duration of Valaciclovir, Mecobalamin capsules and com-pound Penciclovir Cream were used in the 74 patients of the contrast group. Results The clinical cure rate and the effective rate were 50.00% and 89.47% respectively in treatment group, which were statistically significant higher than that of the contrast group （29.73% and 72.97% respectively）. No marked side effects were observed in the treatment group. Conclusion Pregabalin combined with Glucocorticoid can control the herpes zoster PHN rapidly with good recovery.
