摘要
仙方活命饮创自南宋陈自明,该方由金银花、穿山甲、当归尾、赤芍、乳香、没药、浙贝母、防风、陈皮、白芷、天花粉、皂角刺、甘草等药物组成,具有清热解毒,消肿溃坚,活血止痛的功效。此方在皮肤科适用范围极广,凡皮肤损害具备红肿热痛,属于阳证者,皆可用之。本文结合临床验案浅谈仙方活命饮加减在皮肤科中的运用。
Miraculous Decoction for regional Infection was created by Chen Ziming in Southern Song dynasty. This for-mula was composed by honeysuckble, pangolin scales, angelica root, paeoniae radix, boswellin, myrrha, fritillariae thunbergii, divaricate saposhnikovia root, aurantii nobilis pericarpium, angelica root, snakegourd roo, spina gleditsiae, and glycyrrhiza. It had great role including heat-clearing,detoxicating, detumescence, softening hard mass and promoting blood circulation to arrest pain. Miraculous Decoction for regional Infec-tion could be used in dermatologic disease widely. Many patients who had symptoms of red swelling of the skin belonging to Yang syndrome could be used. This articles was discussed about the use of the modified Miraculous Decoction for regional Infection in dermatologic disease.
