摘要
目的观察加减胃苓汤配合多功能治疗仪治疗囊肿结节型痤疮的临床疗效。方法将入选的54例患者分为2组,治疗组(27例)予口服加减胃苓汤配合多功能治疗仪,使用芦荟面膜湿敷,对照组(27例)仅口服加减胃苓汤。治疗4周后判定疗效。结果治疗4周后,治疗组和对照组的皮损程度、炎性皮损数和皮损积分均明显低于治疗前,但是治疗组明显优于对照组;另外,治疗组痊愈率(40.74%)也明显高于对照组(7.41%)。以上差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组均无不良反应。结论加减胃苓汤联合多功能治疗仪治疗囊肿结节型痤疮的疗效较好,且不良反应较少。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of using JiaJianWeiLing Tang together with External Treatment of Multiple Function in nodule and cyst acne. Methods Fifty-four patients was divided into two groups, 27 patients in each group. Treatment group was given JiaJianWeiLing Tang together with Muhifunctional Thera-peutical while control gruop was only given JiaJianWeiLing Tang. Judge the therapeutic effects after 4 weeks of treatment. Results After 4 weeks, the degree,quantity and mark of skin eruption in both groups were ap- parently lower than before but that of treatment group was apparently lower than that in control group. Be-sides, the cure rate of treatment group（40.74% ） was higher than that of control group（7.41% ）. There was a significant difference between the two group（P 〈0.05）. And until now no side effect was found. Conclu-sion JiaJianWeiLing Tang together with External Treatment of Multiple Function has good therapeutic effect with little side effects.
