摘要
患者女,76岁。颈部、项部、发际、面部、胸部、背部及腰部密集分布黄豆至蚕豆大淡红色丘疹和结节。2年来皮疹逐渐扩展。未见明显系统损害。诊断:散发性丘疹性黏蛋白病。
A 76-year-old woman presented with dense pink papules and nodules in the size of soybean to broad bean on the neck, hairline, face, chest, back and waist. The lesions had gradually spread over 2 years. No other systemic synaptoms or signs were apparent.
