摘要
患者女,18岁。手指膨大畸形、皮下结节8年。体检发现左口角及左手掌面紫蓝色血管瘤,左手多根手指、双手掌膨大畸形;X片示双手指多发内生软骨瘤,左股骨下段陈旧性骨折。诊断:Maffucci综合征。
An 18-year-old female patient presented with her fingers expanding and deformity for 8 years ago. Physical examinations showed bluish violet hemangioma in her left corner of mouth and the left fingers and left palm and monstrosity of the left fingers and pahns. X-ray showed enchondromas in the left and right fingers and old fracture in left distal femur. Maffucei syndrome was diagnosed.
