山东淄博地区雄激素源性秃发流行病学调查 被引量:5

Survey the Prevalence of Androgenetic Alopecia in Zibo

摘要 目的了解淄博地区雄激素性秃发(AGA)患病率和影响因素。方法采用整群抽样方法,对选取的淄博地区22个社区和6个村镇进行入户问卷调查,调查秃发情况和皮肤健康状况。结果本次共调查2538人,发现AGA患者332例,患病率13.08%,标化患病率10.96%;其中男性标化患病率23.25%,女性标化患病率5.00%,男性患病率高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),除遗传因素之外,饮酒、吸烟、婚姻状况等与AGA有一定相关性(P<0.05)。结论通过本次流行病学调查获得了淄博地区AGA的患病率,男性患病率高于女性,并且发现了饮酒、吸烟、婚姻状况等AGA相关因素。 Objective To obtain the prevalence rate and risk factors of androgenetic alopecia (AGA) in Zibo district. Methods A community-based survey was conducted. The duster sampling was used. Subjects were re-quired to fulfill the self-report questions and also received physical examination by dermatologists. Results A total of 2538 people were included in this study. 332 were found to have AGA( 13.08% ). The standard- ized prevalence of AGA was 10.96%. The prevalence of AGA in male was 23.25% and the prevalence of AGA in female was 5.00%. In male, the prevalence of AGA was significantly higher than that in female( P 〈 0.05 ). In addition to genetic factors, smoking, drinking and marriage had relationship with AGA. Con-clusion The prevalence rate of AGA in Zibo district was obtained and some risk factors, such as smoking, drinking and marriage were also found.
