摘要
目的观察自拟三金排石汤治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效。方法将560例输尿管结石患者分为2组,治疗组280例予自拟三金排石汤治疗,对照组280例予五淋化石丹口服,4周后观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为92.9%,对照组为83.6%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论自拟三金排石汤治疗泌尿系结石疗效肯定。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of self-defined Sanjin Paishi Decoction treatment for ureteral calculus. Methods 560 cases with ureteral calculus were divided into treatment group and control group,every group was 280 cases.The treatment group were given self-defined Sanjin Paishi Decoction,control group were given Wulin Huashi Dan.The clinical effect of two groups were observed after 4 weeks. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 92.9%,and the total effective rate of control group was 83.6%.The difference of effective rate between two groups was statistical significance（P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The clinical effect of self-defined Sanjin Paishi Decoction treatment for ureteral calculus is good.
