摘要
目的观察微管微创人工流产术终止妊娠的临床疗效。方法选择2008年2月～2012年2月在本中心女性科收治的要求人工流产的女性120例,随机分为两组各60例,其中研究组(60例)采用微管微创人工流产术,对照组(60例)采用传统的负压吸宫术,观察两组患者的疼痛情况、手术所需时间、手术中的出血量、流产的效果以及阴道流血的时间。结果两组患者均顺利完成流产手术,流产率为100%;两组相比,研究组在患者疼痛情况、手术所需时间、术中出血量以及阴道流血时间方面明显优于对照组,各个指标之间均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论微管微创人工流产术对于要求终止妊娠的女性有很好的疗效,能减少患者的痛苦,疗效确切。
Objective To observe clinical effect of microtubules minimally invasive artificial termination of pregnancy abortion. Methods From February 2008 to February 2012 in our hospital 120 cases of gynecological menopause were randomly divided into two groups. Microtubules minimally invasive artificial abortion was used in the study group （ 60 cases）, and the traditional vacuum aspiration of uterus was used in the control group （ 60 cases）, the pain, the operation time, amount of bleeding in surgery, the effect of abortion and vaginal bleeding time of the two groups were observed. Results The abortion of all patients was successfully completed, and the abortion rate was 100%. pain, operation time, intraoperative blood loss and vaginal bleeding time of the study group was significantly better than the control group, There were significantly different between the various indicators （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion There is a good effect by microtubules minimally invasive artificial abortion to terminate the pregnancy, and can reduce the suffering of patients and curative effect.
