摘要
本试验研究采用 2 6 0 0W扩散型 (Slab)CO2 激光加工系统 ,利用喷射填充粉末激光焊接技术成功地进行了铝合金焊接 ;确定了试验材料激光焊接的能量阈值 ;通过工艺参数的优选获得了无明显焊接缺陷、正反两表面平滑连续的焊缝 ;焊接接头的力学性能检测表明 ,AA6 0 16铝合金 (厚度为 1 15mm)焊接接头抗拉强度不低于母材的可允许间隙可达 0 5mm(母材厚度的 44 % ) ;根据试验结果 ,推荐对于一定板厚的铝合金 ,应该经过试验确定不同激光功率时实现深熔焊的最小线能量 ,并且尽量选取较高的激光功率及较高的焊接速度 ,以确保取得最佳的焊接质量。
A diffusion model(slab)CO 2 laser having 2600W power supply was used in the experiment and 6000 serious Al alloys were successfully welded by injecting powder filler metal.The energy threshold of laser welding for Al material with smooth surface in both sides of forward and backward,at same time without defects,were achieved by optimizing the technical parameters.The data of tensile strength test showed that the gap tolerate of AA6016 Al alloy with the butt joint could be up to 0.5mm(44 percent thickness size of the base metal)and the value of the tensile strength was not lower than that of the base metal at the same time.In order to get the optimum quality of the welding joint,it was rcommended that the minimum heat input,determined by different power values,which have full penetration in thickness,should be adopted and higher laser power and welding speed be used.
