摘要
推广应用IC卡道路运输证及IC卡从业资格证,提高道路运输证件管理的科技含量,是以信息化为手段规范行业管理、促进行业发展的有效途径,对建立"统一、竞争、开放、有序"的道路运输市场具有极其重要的作用。文章结合山西省IC卡道路运输证换发工作的实际,分析了IC卡道路运输证的优势,提出IC卡在道路运输行业管理中的重要作用。
Based on informationization, applying IC road transportation certificate and qualification certificate is an effective way to standardizing management and improving development for highway transportation industry, which is very important to a transportation market with characteristics of ＂unity, competition,open and order＂ . Compared with renewing IC card, this paper analyzes advantages of IC card and raises its role in highway transportation industry.
