摘要
驱动系统是带式输送机系统的动力来源,是输送机正常工作的保证,同时它也是引起系统不稳定、可靠性差、恶化系统动态响应、发生安全问题的主要因素之一。通过建立驱动系统的数学模型,对长距离带式输送机驱动装置的动力学特性进行仿真分析,使选择的驱动系统能够最大限度的改善输送机的运行。
Drive system is a power source of belt conveyor system. It guarantees the conveyor works normally. At the same time, it is also a main factor that results in unstable system work, the worse reliability and system dynamic re- sponse, as well as the security problems. The mathematical model of the drive system was established to simulate the dynamic properties of drive device of a long distance belt conveyor, so that the selected drive system can maxi- mally can be ensured to improve the operation of the conveyor.
