摘要
本文采用射极跟随器、电流镜、非饱和电流开关等高速单元电路设计了一种新颖的BJT模拟开关 .它具有速度快 ,频带宽 ,隔离度高 ,动态范围大 ,线性好等优点 .介绍了电路结构 ,分析了电路的工作原理 ,给出了电路性能的仿真结果和芯片电路指标测试结果 ,并总结了电路的主要特点 .所设计的电路可以做成单片集成电路 。
A new design of BJT analog switch using high speed unit such as emitter follower,current mirror and unsaturated current switch is presented.The switch has high speed,wide band,less cross talk,wide dynamic arrangement and good linearity.The circuit structure,principle and the main character are introduced.It also gives the simulation results of circuit performance and the test results of the integrated circuit chip.This circuit can be used in single chip,and can be used in VLSI as a basic unit.
