慢性肾脏病病人自我管理与健康素养的相关性分析被引量：28

Relationship between self-management and health literacy of patients with chronic kidney diseases

摘要 [目的]调查慢性肾脏病病人的自我管理水平,分析其与健康素养之间的关系,探讨自我效能在其中的中介效应。[方法]采用自行设计的慢性肾脏病病人健康素养水平和自我管理能力调查问卷,对2012年4月—5月在北京市两所三级甲等医院住院的80例慢性肾脏病病人进行问卷调查,利用中介效应检验程序,分析自我效能的中介效应。[结果]81.2%慢性肾脏病病人自我管理水平处于中等偏低水平;71.2%为低健康素养水平;自我管理、自我效能与健康素养之间呈正相关,自我管理与自我效能呈正相关自我效能是部分中介效应,中介效应占总效应的比例为29.41%。[结论]慢性肾脏病病人的自我管理以及健康素养水平均偏低;健康素养与自我管理水平呈正相关;自我效能在慢性肾脏病病人健康素养与自我管理之间起中介作用。
