摘要
[目的]探讨乳腺癌病人家属生活质量与家庭功能的关系。[方法]采用世界卫生组织生存质量量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)、家庭功能评定量表(FAD)和一般情况调查表对某三级甲等医院乳腺外科177名乳腺癌病人家属进行调查。[结果]乳腺癌病人家属的生活质量在生理领域、心理领域、社会关系领域3个维度得分显著低于国内常模(P<0.01)。乳腺癌病人家属的生活质量各领域得分与家庭功能各维度评分呈负相关(P<0.01)。总的功能、行为控制、角色、情感反应、沟通、问题解决等多个因素进入回归方程,分别对生活质量4个领域的变异有预测作用,以"角色"功能对生活质量的影响最大。[结论]乳腺癌病人家属的生活质量比一般人群差,其生活质量与家庭功能密切相关。
Objective. To investigate the relationship between quality of life and family functioning of the familiy members of breast cancer patients. Methods ： The World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale Short Form （WHOQOL-BREF）, family assessment scale （FAD） and general ques- tionnaire were used for survey of familiy members 177 breast cancer pa- tients in department of breast surgery of a three grade hospital. Results. The quality of life score of the familiy members of breast cancer patients in three dimension including physiological field, psychological field, and the field of social relations field was significantly lower than the national norm （P^O. 01）. Quality of life score of breast cancer patient＇s familiy members had a significant negative correlation （P%0.01） with the various dimen- sions of family functioning score. Total function, behavioral control, role, e- motional response, communication and problem solving entered into the re- gression equation,and respectively predicted the variation of the four areas of quality of life, the influence of role function was the greatest on quality of life. Conclusion. Quality of life of the familiy members of patients with breast cancer is poorer compared with the general population, and it is closelv related to the family function.
