摘要
以加入WTO后的新国际形势为背景,分析了黑龙江省民办高校现阶段所面临的生源质量、师资队伍和教育经费等问题;从实施程序和过程两方面构建基于ISO9000标准的黑龙江省民办高校教学质量管理体系,并建立了基于国际标准的黑龙江省民办高校教学质量保障机制。
This paper analyzed the problems of private colleges and universities in Heilongjiang province, such as the quality of students, teachers and the educational funds. On this foundation, this paper built up the teaching quality management system of private colleges and universities in Heilongjiang province based on IS09000 standard. Beside that, this paper also built up security mechanism of teaching quality management system of private colleges and universities in Heilongjiang province.
