摘要
广域电磁法(Wide-Field Electromagnetic Method,缩写为WFEM)是何继善院士于2010年提出的一种人工源频率域电磁勘探新方法。与已有的可控源音频大地电磁法(CSAMT)相比,同等条件下,WFEM有效观测的平面范围大,获得的观测信号强,数据精度高,对地下电阻率的变化比较敏感,能够比较真实地反映地下电阻率的变化,只测量一个电场分量Ex,通过计算机迭代提取视电阻率,装备轻便,野外效率高。本文介绍广域电磁法的主要特点,以便有益于广域电磁法的推广应用。
Wide-field electromagnetic method(WFEM) is a new artificial current source frequency domain electromagnetic prospecting method proposed by Academician HE Ji-shan in 2010.In same conditions,WFEM has a series advantages compared with CSAMT,such as the area where be effectively measured is wider,the measured signal is stronger and accurate,WFEM is more sensitive to change of underground resistivity so it can more truly report the change of underground resistivity,only one electrical field component Ex is need to measure then extract apparent resistivity by means of computer iteration,its equipment is more portable and it is more effective in the field,etc. For beneficial to popularize and use of WFEM,its main characteristics are introduced in this paper.
