摘要
在上海各类历史建筑中,花园住宅具有相当大的代表性。文章以美华村花园住宅为例,从体型系数、自然通风和墙体的特色砌筑工艺三个角度,分析美华村花园住宅被动式节能建筑设计的优势,为现代绿色生态住宅的设计提供借鉴和参考。
In historical buildings in Shanghai, garden estate is very representative. Taking garden estate in Meihua Community as example. from three aspects including shape coefficient, natural ventilation and special masonry technology of wall, this paper analyzes advantages of design of passive energy-saving architecture of garden estate in Meihua Community, providing reference for design of modem green ecological housing.
