摘要
以我国制造业及其分行业为研究对象,选取了6类环境污染指标,分别从高度污染、中度污染、低度污染的静态角度和高增长、低增长、负增长的动态角度分析了环境污染水平的变化趋势,实证结果表明,工业废水、SO2、CO2和工业固体废弃物排放量总量呈现逐年增长的趋势,工业烟尘和工业粉尘排放量波动幅度则较大;而从行业分类来看,高度污染多为资本密集型行业,低度污染多为技术密集型行业。
It is great significance for the reduction of Chinese energy and emissions strategy and the promotion economic development, which is an objective assessment of the condition of Chinese pollutants emissions and then detailed analysis of the trend of the environmental pollution level under the open economy.Based on China＇s manufacturing industries as the research object, this paper selected six types of environmental pollution indicators. Respectively from high levels of pollution, moderate pollution, low-level contamination of static angle and high growth, low growth and negative growth in the dynamic angle, the article analyzed the trends of environmental pollution and then found that the total discharge of pollutants generally showed a rising trend, from the six types of indicators of environmental pollution, industrial wastewater, industrial sulfur dioxide, carbon dioxide and industrial solid waste total emissions were growing year by year. And there is a relatively large fluctuation of industrial smoke and industrial dust emissions. From the view of industry classification, most of the highly polluted are capital-intensive industries, most of the low polluted are technology-intensive industries.
