摘要
区域一体化发展的核心是经济和产业一体化,目标是生产要素在区域内的自由流动和配置,这就要求作为组织和运行载体的产业空间结构进行优化和重组。文章以长吉一体化区域为实证案例,探讨一体化区域的产业空间结构重组动力包括政策推动力、空间牵引力、经济拉动力、社会驱动力和生态约束力,并针对目前长吉一体化区域产业空间结构存在的问题,以一体化区域产业空间结构重组的多元动力为切入点,对长吉一体化区域产业空间结构、产业跨区域融合和地域分工提出重组和优化对策。
Economic and industrial integration is the core of regional integration development. The development goal is free flow and configuration of productive factors in the region. It required optimization and restructuring of industrial spatial striacture which is the carrier of organization and operation. This paper based the empirical case of Chang-Ji integrated region on the study, that the restructuring power of industrial spatial structure is multifarious which include policy impetus, space traction, economic pulling power, social driving power and ecological constraint power. After that, the paper based on the existing problems analysis of industrial spatial structure in Chang-Ji integrated region to put forward the restructuring and optimizing countermeasures of industrial spatial structure, industrial cross-region convergence and industrial regional division in Chang-Ji integrated region from the point of penetration of the multiple power of industrial spatial structure restructuring in integrated region.
