以北京市和平村3号楼地下室防水工程混凝土自防水和SBS改性沥青卷材防水施工中的监理为例,详细阐述了地下工程防水施工中的监理审批、验收、旁站及资料收集等工作,指出监理人员质量控制工作的复杂性和重要性。
The article introduces the examination and approval, acceptance check, site supervision, data collection during the supervision of underground engineering waterproofing construction with an example of Building 3 basement waterproofing project of Heping village, Bejing with the focus on self-waterproofing concrete and SBS modified asphalt membrane. It points out that the quality control conducted by supervisors is very important as well as complex.
