摘要
多年来,吉林省对外出口虽然取得了快速发展,但是仍然存在着对外贸易结构不合理、传统优势产品出口下降、新的出口增长点缺乏、外贸出口主体的培育力度不够、出口与产业发展关联度不强等一些问题。吉林省应充分发挥一汽集团的龙头作用,将产业优势转化为出口优势;应优先发展高新技术产品出口,提高传统产品的科技含量;应推动农产品出口,建设和培育新的出口基地;政府应成立相应机构,促进外贸出口,推进外贸基地建设,形成出口产业群,培育和打造出口品牌,帮助企业提高市场开拓能力。
Recently, although Jilin province has made a great progress on export expansion, there are several problems existed, such as unreasonable foreign trade structure, lower export in traditional advantage products, insufficient new export growth points and unreinforced correlation with the industry development. Therefore, we should inspire FAW to play a leading role and change the industry advantage into the export advantage. New high-tech products could become a priority and we should increase technology content in traditional goods, promote agricultural product export also establish new export base. The government should build the corresponding institution to form export industries and brands in order to improve market development ability.
