在区域劳务品牌的形成过程中,地方政府的主导作用高于市场自身的发展趋向;地方政府创建区域劳务品牌的决策导向、政策扶持力度和执政效能等所构成的区域制度环境在很大程度上主导了区域劳务品牌的等级、可持续发展水平;政府的角色与职能定位在区域劳务品牌形成与发展的不同阶段应有所不同。"吉林大姐"这一区域劳务品牌,是地方政府发挥培育区域劳务品牌主导作用的成功范例。
In the process of the formation of the regional labor brand,the leading role of local government is superior to the development trend of market.Regional institutional environment including decision-making orientation,government support and ruling efficiency,etc.determines the level of the regional labor brand and its sustainable development to a great extent when the local government creates a regional labor brand.The roles and function orientation of the government should vary from time to time according to the different stages of the formation and development of the regional labor brand.The formation of "Sister Jilin" is a successful example to illustrate the positive role that the local government play in nurturing the regional labor brand.
