股骨粗隆下骨折类型与内固定材料选择 被引量:2

摘要 报告 6 7例股骨粗隆下骨折病人的不同内固定方法与结果 ,分析了各种内固定的优缺点 ,认为麦氏鹅头三翼钉及髓内钉不能作为常规内固定材料 ,加压滑动鹅头钉及Gamma钉治疗效果佳 ,宜首先考虑 。
