摘要
目的评价前列地尔联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病神经病变的疗效。方法 96例糖尿病神经病变患者,随机分成观察组和对照组两组。对照组给予前列地尔治疗,观察组给予前列地尔联合甲钴胺治疗。结果观察组总有效率87.50%高于对照组70.83%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病神经病变患者疗效可靠。
Objective To discuss of the efficacy of alprostadil combined with methylcobalamin treatment of diabetic neuropathy. Methods 96 cases of diabetic neuropathy patients, randomly divided into observation group and control group two groups. The control group received alprostadil treatment, the observation group received alprostadil combined with mecobalamin. Results The observation group the total effective rate was 87.50% higher than 70. 83% in the control group, significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The curative effect is good that alprostadil combined with Methylcobalamin in treatment of patients with diabetic polyneuropathy.
