两种麻醉方法在全子宫切除术中的麻醉效果比较被引量：3

摘要目的探讨腰硬联合麻醉在全子宫切除术中的应用效果。方法选择我院2010年9月至2012年9月择期实施全子宫切除术患者共100例,上述患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组实施硬膜外麻醉联合蛛网膜下腔麻醉。对照组给予硬膜外麻醉。麻醉过程中监测患者生命体征改变情况。观察两组患者手术过程中肌肉松弛情况,记录两组患者手术手术过程中输液的量和手术具体时间。观察两组患者麻醉效果。结果观察组患者麻醉效果优良率为96.0%,对照组患者麻醉效果优良率为80.0%,观察组麻醉效果优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硬膜外麻醉联合蛛网膜下腔麻醉在全子宫切除术中麻醉效果显著,值得借鉴。
