多发性硬化病程进展与血清MMP-9水平的关系

摘要 目的研究多发性硬化不同时期血清基质金属蛋白酶-9的变化,探求二者之间的内在关联。方法选择确诊多发性硬化的患者60名,另外选择同期健康体检者25例作为对照组,测定清晨血清MMP-9含量,多发性硬化患者的神经功能缺损由EDSS评分来评估。结果急性期或复发期血清MMP-9水平升高,与缓解期比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。各个时期的多发硬化患者的血清MMP-9水平与EDSS评分无相关性。结论多发性硬化患者血清MMP-9水平可以作为监测疾病进展或复发的指标之一。 Objective To observe the changes of serum MMP-9 level in defferent stage of multiple sclerosis course,and evaluate the relationnship between them. Methods 60 patients diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, choose another healthy persons during the same period 25 cases of early morning serum MMP-9 level was measured as a control group, patients with multiple sclerosis, neurological deficit assessed by the EDSS score. Results The serum level of MMP-9 was higher in acute and relapsed group than that in relieved group ( P 〈 0.05 ), and was much higher than that in the contrast group ( P 〈 0.01 ). EDSS scores made no defference between each stages in MS. Conclusion The level of serum MMP-9 may become one of the monitor indexes in the development of multiple sclerosis course.
