摘要
采用免疫组织化学S -P方法检测 30例青年期大肠癌癌组织中nm2 3 -H1基因产物 /核苷二磷酸激酶 (nm 2 3/NDPK )的表达。结果青年期大肠癌nm2 3/NDPK表达阳性率为 6 3 .33 % ,在组织分化低、原发灶浸润程度 (T3、T4 )、淋巴结及远处转移 ,DukesC、D期和血清CEA阳性的大肠癌中表达明显减低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,与其他生物学指标无关 (P >0 .0 5 )。提示青年期大肠癌组织学类型 ,浸润转移程度与nm 2 3/NDPK蛋白的表达有密切相关 。
Expression of nm23-H1 genetic product and nm23/NDPK in the tissue of carcinoma of large intestine from 30 adolescence patients were detected by S-P immunohistochemistry. Results showed that the expressive positive rate was 63.33% in nm23/NDPK in carcinoma of large intestine; but in the carcinoma of large intestine with poor histodifferentiation, with primary focus infiltration degree (T 3, T 4),with lymph node and distant metastasis, with Dukes stageC and D and positive serum CEA, their expressions lowered significantly (P<0.05), but had no correlation with other biological index (P>0.05). It indicated that the histological types and infiltration metastasis degree in carcinoma of large intestine in adolescence are closely associated with nm23/NDPK albumen expression and that it helps to further understand its biological index and to judge the prognosis.
