摘要
百万千瓦级核电厂常规岛低压转子的末级叶片可以实施原位的相控阵超声波自动检查,超声波数据分析是这个项目的技术难点,也是原位检查核心价值之所在。如何能在众多信号中识别缺陷信号或者排除伪缺陷信号显得尤为重要,在基于多次现场检查经验的基础上,为识别真伪缺陷信号提出了一些分析的方法。
In the 1000MW nuclear power station, the phased array ultrasonic technique has already been used in the last stage blade root of the low pressure rotor. The ultrasonic data analysis is the key for this inspection. It is very important to correctly analyze the defect signal from many signals. In this article, there are some analysis methods which come from the on-site inspection or from some special test.
