摘要
通过田间和盆栽试验,研究外源乙酰水杨酸(acetosalicylic acid,ASA)对小麦灌浆期热害的减缓效应。结果表明:在抽穗期用100mg.kg-1的ASA水溶液喷洒处理,小麦旗叶的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和叶绿素含量显著提高,丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低,光合速率显著提高;穗粒数、千粒重和产量增加显著;与对照组相比,产量平均增加9.2%。
Ameliorating effects of aceto salicylic acid (ASA) on heat stress during filling stage of wheat were studied through field and pot experiments. The results showed that after treated with 100 mg· kg ^-1 ASA at heading stage, the superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, chlorophyll content and photosynthesis rate in flag leaves significantly increased, while the malondialdehyde (MDA) content significantly decreased. Furthermore, the grain number per spike, the 1 000- grain weight and the gain yield significantly increased, and the average yield increased 9.2% compared to control group.
