摘要
对碱石灰烧结法处理霞石矿的烧结和溶出过程进行了研究,通过实验确定了该霞石矿的生料配比、烧结温度范围及正烧温度,并对此烧结最佳条件下得到的熟料通过实验确定了溶出过程的粒度、温度、时间等条件,最终获得溶出率分别为Al2O390.6%、Na2O 91.8%、K2O 94.5%。
The sintering and leaching of Soda lime sintering process to treat nepheline were studied, the blending ratio of green scraps, sintering temperature and positive temperature were eontirmed through experiments. The leaching temperature, time and granularity of sinter were obtained under the optimal sintering conditions through experiment,and the leaching rate of Al2O3 was 90.6% , Na2O was 91.8%, K2O was 94.5 %.
