摘要
观察运用中医辨证施治为主治疗神经症的临床疗效。方法：６８例病人用中医药疗法治疗４周，用ＨＡＭＤ和ＨＡＭＡ评定疗效。结果：６８例经抗抑郁、抗焦虑治疗无效的病人，中药治疗后，３１例显效，２０例有效，１７例无效。结论：中医辨证施治对神经症有较好疗效。
Objective: To study the effect of chinese herbal medicine based on syndrome differentiation in patients of neurosis. Metheds: 68 Patients are treated with chinese herbal medicine for 4 weeks. and assessed with Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) and Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) for the efficacy. Results: Thirty one of 68 patients with irresponsive to antideprseant or antianxieyt therapy were cured, 20 improved and 17 ineffective. Conclusion: Chinese herbal medicine has good effect on neurosis.
