摘要
选取经济环境、自然环境、社会服务环境、科教文化环境、基础设施环境5个子系统,构建了投资环境评价指标体系,采用因子分析法,以17地市为地域单元,分析了5个层次24个指标,结果显示山东省各地市投资环境状况,整体水平较低、区域差异较大,经济环境是影响区域投资的重要因素.
The evaluation index system of investment environment is constructed, which is composed of 5 sub- systems i. e. economic environment, natural environment, social service environment, cultural environment, in- frastructure environment. Using the 17 cities as regional units,the 5 levels and 24 indexes are analyzed based on the technique of factor analysis. The results indicate that the overall quality level of the regional investment environment in Shandong Province is low and the regional diversity is obvious. The economic environment is the dominant factor for the regional investment.
