摘要
应用手机短信技术构建了基于手机短信SMS的交通信息发布系统,着重分析了信息发布系统的组成、短信系统平台的特点与选择、交通信息短信编码的格式、PDU UCS2短信编码、论述了长短信处理技术和系统收发短信处理模块;便捷了社会公众对交通信息查询和共享的服务需求,系统具备一定的应用推广前景.
The paper states how to build traffic information distribution system based on SMS technology. It analyzes the composition of the information distribution system, the features and selections of SMS, the format of traffic information coded, PDU UCS2 coded mode, the processing technology for long SMS and the module for SMS.
