摘要
笔者对员工跨领域才能与IT治理模式选择的关系进行了探讨,并基于实地调研数据,实证分析了二者的关系。结果显示,当业务管理人员具有跨领域才能时,倾向于采用分权型IT治理模式;不具有跨领域才能时,则倾向于采用集权型IT治理模式。IT专业人员具有跨领域才能时,倾向于采用集权型IT治理模式;不具有跨领域才能时,倾向于采用分权型IT治理模式。当双方都具有跨领域才能时,将采取混合型IT治理模式;而双方都不具有跨领域才能时,则需要相互沟通合作。
This paper discusses the relationship between cross - domain talents of staff and the choice of IT governance pattern. It states that : if the business management personnel possesses the cross - domain talents, the firm should adopt the decentralized IT gov- ernance pattern; if the business management personnel does not possess the cross - domain talents, the firm should adopt the central- ized IT governance pattern ; if the IT professionals possesses the cross - domain talents, the firm should adopt the centralized IT govern- ance pattern; if the IT professionals does not possess the cross - domain talents, the firm should adopt the decentralized IT governance pattern; if both have the cross - domain talents, the firm should adopt the mixed IT governance pattern; and the both sides should com- municate and collaborate when they all do not have the cross -domain talents.
