摘要
薄壁不锈轴承钢套圈在原热处理工艺后存在变形,套圈直径变动量和端面翘曲达不到技术要求。采取高纯氮气进行淬火冷却,减少装炉量等措施,有效控制了薄壁套圈的热处理变形,合格率由40%提高到80%以上。
The distortion of thin - walled rings made of stainless bearing steel exists after original heat treatment process, and the diameter variation and warping of end face are not able to satisfy the technical requirements. The quenching distortion of thin - walled tings is effectively controlled by using the high purity nitrogen quenching cooling and decreasing charge batch , and the qualified rate increases from 40% to more than 80%.
