P^(21ras)和CD44在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其意义

摘要 目的 探讨P2 1ras和CD 44在非小细胞肺癌中表达的相关性及其在淋巴结转移中的作用。方法 应用S -P免疫组化方法检测 6 6例非小细胞肺癌原发灶及其 2 0例转移性淋巴结标本P2 1ras和CD 44的表达。结果P2 1ras和CD 44在非小细胞肺癌原发灶中的阳性率分别为 90 %和 85 %。有淋巴结转移组P2 1ras和CD 44的阳性表达率显著高于无淋巴结转移组 (P <0 0 5 )。相关性检验提示P2 1ras阳性组和CD 44阳性组间差异有非常显著意义 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 P2 1ras和CD 44在非小细胞肺癌中的表达有明显的相关性。P2 1ras和CD 44阳性表达可以作为非小细胞肺癌具有淋巴结转移潜能的指标。 Objective To study the correlation between the expression of P 21 ras and CD 44 and their roles in lymphatic metastasis in human non-small cell lung carcinoma.Methods The expression of P 21 ras and CD 44 was studied immunohistochemically in 66 primary lesions of human non-small call lung carcinoma and their 20 involved lymph nodes.Results The positive rates of P 21 ras and CD 44 in primary lesions were 78 8% and 71 2%,respectively while their positive rates in involved lymph nodes were 90% and 85%,respectively.The positive rates of P 21 ras and CD 44 in patients with lymph node metactasis were significantly higher than that of the patients without metastatisis (P<0 05).Correlation analysis showed that the CD 44 positive expression was closely related to P 21 ras overexpression (P<0 01).Conclusion CD 44 expression is associated with P 21 ras overexpression.The primary lesions with positive expression of P 21 ras and CD 44 are apt to metastasize to lymph nodes.The positive expression of P 21 ras CD 44 may serve as a marker of potential lymph node metastatisis in human non-small cell lung carcinoma.
