摘要
目的 :探讨抗凝血酶 (AT )对内毒素血症致多器官功能不全综合征 (MODS)的防治作用。方法 :以内毒素注射建立鼠 MODS模型 ,随机分为空白对照组、阳性对照组和治疗组。治疗组于内毒素注入 1小时后静注 AT 2 5 U/kg,观察血生化、凝血指标和病理组织学变化 ,并与对照组比较。结果 :治疗组与阳性对照组比较 ,血小板计数、纤维蛋白原、部分凝血活酶生成时间、D 二聚体、凝血酶原时间、AT 、血糖、丙氨酸转氨酶、天冬氨酸转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶、乳酸脱氢酶等均有显著性差异。病理组织学 (肺、肾、肝等 )治疗组也有明显改善。结论 :AT 对内毒素致
Objective:To investigate the effect of antithrombinⅢ(ATⅢ) on multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) induced by endotoxin challenge.Methods:Twentyfour Wistar rats were divided into three group:normal group (n=8),model group (M,n=8),and treatment group (T,n=8).In the treatment group,animals received ATⅢ in a dose of 25 U/kg intravenously one hour after endotoxin chalenge.The biochemical and coagulation parameters were measured in three groups,and pathological changes were also observed in group M and T.Results:Platelet count,fibrinogen,activated partial thromboplastin time,Ddimer,prothrombin time,glutamic pyruvic transaminase,glutamateoxaloacetate transaminase,alkaline phosphatase,lactate dehydrogenase levels were significantly different between group M and T.Pathological changes including lungs,liver,and kidneys in T group were markedly attenuated compared with those in group M.Conclusions:These data suggest that ATⅢ has beneficial treatment effect on endotoxininduced MODS.
