摘要
以电石渣为原料,通过除渣预处理和气-液间歇碳化2个过程制备高纯度、高白度轻质碳酸钙。通过实验研究了浸取、沉淀等工艺的过程特性,探讨了电石渣、氯化铵、水的质量分数和反应温度、搅拌速率等工艺参数对电石渣转化率和产品性能的影响,并确定最佳工艺条件。研究表明,电石渣经浸取后不溶性杂质与金属离子杂质都被除去,电石渣转化率为84.3%,所得碳酸钙产品纯度大于98%,白度为96度,符合HG/T 2226—2000优等品指标要求。
The high purity and whiteness light calcium carbonate is prepared from carbide slag by pretreatment and gas-liquid interim carbonization processes. The process performance of extraction and sediment are also discussed. The influence of relative amount of carbide slag, ammonia chloride, water, temperature, stirring rate on the conversion of carbide slag and properties of light calcium carbonate are studied. The optimum parameters are obtained. The results indicate that the insoluble impurities and metal ion impurities are removed and the conversion of carbide slag is 84. 3%. The purity and whiteness of calcium carbonate produced by gas-liquid interim carbonization are over 98% and 96, respectively, which is in accordance with the norm of superior product in HG/T 2226--2000.
