摘要
目的 探讨脑卒中急性期患者血清和脑脊液 (CSF)中游离氨基酸 (FAA)含量变化及其与临床的关系。方法 对 2 8例脑出血和 30例脑梗死患者于急性期测定血清十种氨基酸 (AA)含量 ,选择 6 5例正常人作为对照组 :对 14例脑出血急性期患者和 12例正常人测定CSF中十种AA含量。结果 (1)脑梗死组和脑出血组血清中谷氨酸 (G1u)、门冬氨酸 (Asp)含量显著高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,牛磺酸 (Tau)、甘氨酸 (G1y)低与对照组。 (2 )脑出血患者CSF中G1u、Asp明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 动物试验资料表明 ,兴奋性氨基酸 (EEAs)兴奋毒性作用是脑卒中后对脑组织损害的重要病理机制之一 。
Objactive: To investigate the changes of free Aminoacid in srum and cerebral spinal fluid (CSF) in patients with acrte stroke. Methods: The levels often kind of amino acids (AA) in serum andcsf were measured in 58 patients with acute stroke and 65 normalpersons. Results: (1) The levels of glutmate (Glu) and aspanate (Asp) inserum were singnificantly higher in acute stroke patients than those in controlgroup (P<0 01). (2)The serum levels of taurine and glscine were lover in patients than those in control group.(3)The CSF levels of Glu and Asp in patients with crebral heamorrhage were significantly higher than those in control group. Conclusions: Our finding suppoted the theors that exciotoxity of Aaplay a important role in brain injure in acute stroke.
