摘要
《普通高等学校图书馆规程》第三章第十条规定:"高等学校图书馆应根据学校的发展目标和教学、科研的需要,根据馆藏基础及地区或系统文献资源布局的统筹安排,制订资源建设方案,形成具有本校特色的馆藏体系"。由此可以看出,特色馆藏在高校图书馆,特别是中小型图书馆文献资源建设中占有重要地位,是图书馆文献资源建设的核心。
In the Library Rules of General Institutes of Higher Learning, the tenth article stipulated that ＂library of university and college should work out plans of resources construction, form library collection with characteristics according to the developing goal and teaching and research demand of university, and according to the overall arrangement of library collection basis and local or in- dustrial document resources. ＂ Therefore, characteristic library collection is important in document resources construction of college library, especially small and medium - sized library of colleges.
