摘要
我国境内上市的909家国有企业其高管与普通职工薪酬差距的主要成因在于高管薪酬过高。为缩小薪酬差距,宜采取取消国企高管行政级别,对高管薪酬进行限制,加强公司治理以及进行垄断行业改革等措施。
Through the analysis of 909 listed state -owned enterprises in China, this paper puts forwards that the main cause of pay gap between senior management and ordinary employees is too high rewards of senior management. In order to narrow the pay gap, we should cancel the administrative levels of senior management in SOEs, limit their rewards, strengthen corporate govern- ance and reform the monopoly industries.
