摘要
目的掌握肖厝口岸鼠类及其体表寄生虫本底情况,为口岸传染病监测和医学媒介生物控制提供依据。方法采用鼠笼法,每个月连续监测2 d,持续12个月。结果本次调查共捕获鼠形动物413只,经鉴定隶属于2目2科3属5种。以臭鼩鼱为优势种,占26.15%。鼠形动物总密度为2.24%,5月和10月为高峰期。检出蚤1只、螨15只、蜱1只。结论肖厝口岸还未达到国家无鼠害港规定的鼠密度低于1%的要求,应继续加强鼠类监测与防治工作,进一步降低鼠密度,防止有关传染病的发生和流行。
Objective To grasp the situation of rodents and parasites at Xiaocuo port, and to provide the basis for infectious diseases surveillance and vector control. Methods The cage-trapping method was used , which was taken for two days once a month,lasting for twelve months. Results A total of 413 rodents were captured,belonging to 2 orders 2 families 3 genera 5 species. Suncus murinus was the dominate species, accounting for 26.15%,the density was 2.24%.The highest density of rodent appeared in May and October. In which, 1 fleas,15 mites and 1 ticks were found on rodents. Conclusion The rodents density of Xiaocuo port has not yet reach the goal of free rat harm at port (〈1%). We should make continuous effort to strength the prevention and control of rodents, further reduce the rodents density so that the infectious disease caused by rats can be prevented.
