基于Diapact CRRT实现连续性血浆吸附滤过治疗功能的研究 被引量：15

摘要 本文利用DiapactCRRT的设计特点，对现在有的连续性静-静脉血液滤过治疗（Continuity static-static hemofiltration treatment，CVVH）模式进行扩展，在不改动设备硬件的情况下，通过增加1根三通连接管及1台单血泵，实现了连续性血浆吸附滤过治疗（Continuity plasma filtration adsorption treatment，CPFA）。现将该技术的原理、方法和临床应用方法介绍如下。
