髋臼假体术中中心性脱位合并髋臼骨折1例诊治分析
摘要
临床常见的髋臼骨折及中心性脱位大多数由外部高能量损伤引起，而在全髋置换术中出现中心性脱位并髋臼骨折十分少见。其伤后并发症多、失血量大、全身情况不稳定、局部解剖紊乱、复位固定困难及髋功能恢复差，是创伤骨科的一个难题。我们通过对1例此类损伤的回顾分析，旨在进一步探讨其临床特征、手术方法及并发症处理。
