摘要
目的 :了解牧区老年人慢性病现状及其影响因素。方法 :入户访谈调查。结果 :牧区老年人慢性病的患病率为 61 .7% ,男性老年人慢性病的患病率为 58.7% ,女性老年人慢性病的患病率为 66.8% ,女性高于男性 (P <0 .0 5)。主要的慢性病依次为高血压、冠心病、风湿及类风湿性关节炎、慢性阻塞性肺部疾患、肝胆疾病等。影响牧区老年人慢性病的主要因素是年龄 ,其次为文化程度以及身体活动受限、疼痛、总体健康自评。结论 :从老年人慢性病的角度来看 ,年龄高、没有文化、生理功能不好、总体健康自评差的老年人易患慢性病 ,在老年医疗保健和实施卫生服务过程中应予以重视。
Objective: To study the state and the main effecting factors of chronic disease among the elderly in pastoral area.Methods:The chronic disease in the elderly in pastoral area were studied by household interviews.Results:The prevalence of chronic disease was 62.2% and in male elderly and the female elderly was 58.7% and 66 8% respectively (P<0.05).The main chronic disease was hypertension,coronary heart disease,rheumatismal and rhumatoid arthritis ,chronic obstructive disease of lung, hepatobiliary disease,et al.The factors that influence chronic disease of the elderly in pastoral area was age ,education,physical status and general health.Conclusion:The elderly who are old age ,low education,worse physical status and poor general health are ease to suffer from chronic disease and the related factors should be emphasised in the course of health care .
