摘要
目的 :调查大学生心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法 :采用问卷调查 ,进行单因素分析和多元线性回归分析 ,筛选影响心理健康的因素。结果 :有心理问题者占 1 0 .4%,有严重心理问题者占 3.7%。影响大学生心理健康的因素有研究对象年级、母亲文化程度、父母关系、家庭居住地区。结论 :大学生中存在心理问题应引起家长、学校和社会的关注。
Objective: To investigate the mental health state and the influencing factors of students at Baotou Medical College.Method:1 475 college students were given the self-designed general information questionnaire and the Symptoms Check-list(SCL-90).By using analysis of variance and multiple linear regression ,the influencing factors were explored.Results :Among the investigated students,3 7% had serious mental health problems, and 10 4%had mild mental health problems. The factors related to mental health were grade ,mother's educational level,residency,and parental relationship.Conclusions: Many college students have mental health problems and more attention should be paid.The college should offer intervention and treatment to students with mental health problems.
