应用允许的高碳酸血症通气疗法治疗19例慢性阻塞性肺疾病 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :总结应用允许的高碳酸血症通气疗法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病 (COPD)患者的临床疗效。方法 :选择COPD患者 1 9例 ,应用小潮气量低气道压呼吸机支持模式治疗 ,并观察疗效。结果 :1 9例患者均避免了常规高气道压大潮气量所造成的肺损伤 ,1 7例患者顺利脱机。结论 :应用允许的高碳酸血症机械通气疗法适合于COPD患者 ,可减少肺损伤并发症 ,取得满意的临床疗效。 Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of using permissive hypercapnia ventilation therapy in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:19 cases of COPD patients were treated by using the ventilation mode of small tidal volume and low airway pressure.And the clinical effect was evaluated.Results:All of the 19 cases of patients avoided the complication of lung injury,17 cases recovered smoothly.Conclusion:The permissive hypercapnia ventilation therapy is suitable to COPD patients.It can reduce the compliction of lung injury,and its clinical effect is satisfactory.
