高铁酸盐对气浮藻渣脱水处理的探讨

摘要 对利用高铁酸盐脱水剂处理气浮藻渣的技术原理、设备选型和运行结果进行了论述。 In this paper, the technical scheme, process design, equipment selection and operation experi- ence of processing floating algae residue by fen'ate dehydrant are discussed. The purpose is to make dehydration treatment project of floating algae residue achieve the optimal design, to emure the safe use of dehydration device of floating algae residue, to realize the solid - liquid separation of algae residue. The moisture content of algal residue cake after dehydration is ≤60%, a solid cake is convenient for transportation and storage, goal of zero e- missions of algal residue could be achieved.
