摘要
某超高层建筑,地上43层,地下2层,为框剪结构,采用筏板基础。采用CFG桩复合地基进行地基处理,设计要求处理后CFG桩复合地基承载力特征值为820kPa,是目前国内采用复合地基技术提高地基承载力幅度最大的工程。施工后,经静载试验检测表明,地基承载力满足设计要求。建筑物沉降观测显示地基变形基本稳定,平均沉降量为45.16mm。
The super tall building is frame-shear wall structure with 43 floors overground and 2 floors underground, which adopts raft foundation. CFG pile-composite foundation was used to meet the requirements of the characteristic value of the foundation bearing capacity (820kPa). This project is the largest one in improvement of the foundations bearing capacity by technology of CFG pile-composite foundation in domestic. The foundation bearing capacity can meet the requirements according to the result of static loading test. The ground deformation is stable according to the settlement observation and the average settlement value is 45. 16mm.
