摘要
就中国科技型中小企业的融资困境问题进行了深入的探讨,首先指出融资难的原因在于对科技型中小企业不够重视、针对性的法律法规的不健全、信用担保体系的不完善以及这类企业自身的治理结构问题,然后给出了解决该问题的对策:大力发展创业投资基金、发展多层次的资本市场、对民间金融的合理引导、发展地方性中小商业银行、大力拓展相应的银行中间业务以及完善科技型中小企业的治理结构。
This paper examines the SME financing difficulty, Firstly it is pointed out that the difficulty in financing is due to whthout enough emphasis on tech SMEs ,without sound targeted laws and regulations, the imperfect credit guarantee system , and corporate governance structure problem of the enterprises. Then measures to solve the problem are given： to develop venture capital funds, the development of multi--level capital market, reasonable guidance on private finance, the development of local small and medium--sized commercial banks, and vigorously expand the bank middle business and improve the governance structure of the SMEs.
